NB Registration forms must be sent to book your place. Once received by the office you will be sent an invoice for payment.

NB No registration forms will be accepted after the 30^th of September 2017.

NB Please read instructions carefully on the booking form when making a booking especially the cancellation clause.

NB SASOHN Member rates apply to paid up members for 2017.  If 2017 fee not paid then Non SASOHN member rates apply.

NB Students need to send proof of Student with the booking forms

NB A Separate booking form must be complete for the conference and the Pre conference workshop

NB You can only attend ONE pre workshop as they run at the same time

Closing dates for bookings is the 30^th of September 2017.
Due to venue requirements NO late bookings will be taken after the 30^th of September.
