MY MEMBERSHIP DATABASE SYSTEM

This session will introduce members to the new SAIOH membership database which sits within the SAIOH website. The innovation on this system will allow for an easier way to capture CPD points, professional registration application process, and registration for conferences including online payments as an option. In turn, the use and implementation of this system will allow SAIOH to comply with among others, SAQA requirements as a recognised professional registration body.

MAIN TOPIC (15H00 TO 16H00)

In this session we will give attendees an overview of the application process and provide a practical demonstration on how the assessment model works. The presentation will touch on among others the identification of your skills or knowledge gaps to advance into the next professional level, including a highlight of the mentorship program. Members are encouraged to bring their own laptops or similar electronic devices that are connected to a network e.g. 3G. This will grant first-hand experience on the tool and have an opportunity to be guided through the application process live.
